In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged,please notify us immediately so we can arrange for your damaged goods to be collected.
If you do not want the damaged goods replaced we will collect them and should they be found to be damaged we will issue a refund.
Should we inadvertently dispatch the wrong goods,please notify us immediately so we may rectify the problem at no additional costs to yourselves.

If you inadvertently ordered the incorrect product and do not realize until you have taken delivery.please notify us and we will arrange collection via the supplier.
We will obviously need to charge carriage and possibly a restocking charge that may amount to 25-30% of the product value.
If you think that the product you have purchased is faulty please notify us immediately we will refer it to our suppliers,due to their extensive knowledge of the product.
If the supplier of the product feels that the product is not faulty or has been damaged on installation,carriage charges and restocking fees will apply.
If the product is faulty we will issue a refund or a replacement.
